Family & Kids
Create a managed profile for your child, sign waivers, log sessions and rest days on their behalf, and transfer management when needed.
A managed kid account is a CombatScore profile you control on behalf of your child. The kid doesn't sign in directly — you do everything from your account. Kid profiles default to private and stay that way unless you explicitly publish them.
Dashboard → Family → Add a child. Fill in display name, date of birth, primary discipline, and (optionally) a photo. The kid is added to your household and shows up under "Managed children."
Go to Family → [Kid name] → Edit. The sticky header has two big actions:
Tabs below let you edit:
Each gym requires a guardian waiver for minors. You'll see a yellow banner on the Family dashboard if any of your kids are enrolled at a gym without a signed waiver. The waiver link goes to your email — check there or ask the gym to resend.
If your spouse should be the primary manager instead (or in addition to) you, go to Family → [Kid name] → Transfer. The other person has to be a linked family member (see Co-managers and spouses).
CombatScore tracks date of birth. When the managed kid becomes an adult, they get a one-time claim your account flow — they create their own login and take over the profile. You lose write access (you can still see the public parts like anyone else).
