Storefront Terms
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Parties
A purchase on a gym’s storefront is a contract between you (the BUYER) and the GYM. CombatScore (Four13 Studios LLC) is the platform. CombatScore is not the seller and does not take title to inventory.
Pricing and currency
Prices appear in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The price at the time of the order is the price you pay, even if it changes afterward.
Sales tax
When the GYM has enabled Stripe Tax and registered for the jurisdiction of delivery, sales tax appears as a separate line at checkout. When tax is not collected, the BUYER may owe use tax to their state; the BUYER is responsible for that filing.
Inventory and out-of-stock
Stock levels are updated when orders are fulfilled. If an item sells out between checkout and fulfillment, the GYM contacts the BUYER within three business days with one of: substitution of equivalent value, partial refund, or full refund and order cancellation. The BUYER chooses.
Fulfillment
Pickup is the default fulfillment method. The GYM notifies the BUYER when the order is ready. Unclaimed orders thirty days after the ready notice may be restocked at the GYM’s option, with the value credited to the BUYER’s account.
Where the GYM ships, shipping costs and delivery windows appear at checkout. Risk of loss transfers when the carrier accepts the package. The BUYER contacts the carrier for lost or damaged shipments; the GYM assists in recovery.
Returns
Apparel and equipment returns are accepted within thirty days of purchase in original condition. Hygiene items (mouthguards, earguards, hand wraps, gi pants once worn) are non-returnable. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or unlocked.
Return shipping is paid by the BUYER unless the item was defective or shipped in error. Refunds are issued within five business days of receipt of the return at the GYM.
Digital products
Digital downloads (instructional videos, seminar replays) are licensed, not sold. The license is non-transferable, for personal use, and revocable on refund. Revocation removes the entitlement from the buyer’s account.
Sales of regulated items
Where applicable, items subject to age verification or restricted shipping are subject to additional checks at fulfillment.
Disputes
Contact the GYM first. Most issues resolve faster through direct conversation. If the BUYER escalates to a card chargeback while the GYM is attempting resolution, the GYM may suspend the BUYER’s purchasing access until the chargeback closes.
Platform role
CombatScore facilitates the transaction. CombatScore does not warrant the merchantability or fitness for purpose of any item listed on a gym storefront. Warranties, if any, run between the BUYER and the GYM (or the underlying manufacturer).
