As the guardian of a managed kid account, you can delete it at any time. CombatScore honors this immediately — no friction, no retention loops.
The 30-day window matches COPPA's "reasonable retention period for accidental deletion recovery" guidance.
The kid disappears from your dashboard immediately.
If you change your mind, email privacy@combatscore.app within 30 days with the kid's display name and your account email. We restore. After day 30, recovery is impossible.

These exceptions match COPPA §312.10(a)(1) and CCPA §1798.105(d)(8).
Deletion notifies every gym the kid was enrolled at. The gym is required by the platform's terms to honor the deletion within 7 days. We monitor compliance and remove gyms from the platform if they repeatedly ignore it.
Because accidental deletions happen. The grace period is the platform's gift to parents who clicked the wrong button or whose kid pestered them into it. Day 30 is non-negotiable — after that we owe you the privacy you asked for.
