Export everything, delete your account, correct mistakes, and opt out of optional uses. CCPA / GDPR-shaped controls available to every account, no questions asked.
You own your data. CombatScore gives every account the same controls regardless of where you live — we operate to the most protective standard available, not the minimum required.
Settings → Account → Export my data. You'll get a ZIP within a few minutes with:
JSON format, importable by you into anything you like.
Settings → Account → Delete account.
Two stages:
During the 30-day grace period you can email support@combatscore.app to restore. After day 30, the data is gone.
These exceptions match GDPR Article 17(3)(b) and equivalent CCPA carve-outs.
For things you can't edit yourself (e.g. a gym entered something wrong about you), email support@combatscore.app with the request. We forward it to the gym or correct it directly depending on what it is.
CombatScore does NOT use your data to train AI models. We use AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) under enterprise terms that explicitly forbid them from training on our customers' data either. No opt-out is necessary because there's nothing to opt out of.
CombatScore doesn't run a marketing email list. The only emails you'll get are transactional (billing, family events, etc.) or product (release notes, infrequent). Each has its own unsubscribe.
Settings → Privacy → Anonymized analytics — toggle off. We default to "on" because anonymized usage data helps us improve the product, but it's never required.

We respond within 5 business days for non-deletion requests; deletion is processed immediately.
