Uptime Commitment
CombatScore targets 99.9% uptime for all services including the web dashboard, mobile API, gym subdomain sites, and kiosk check-in system. Our infrastructure runs on Vercel (edge network with 99.99% SLA) and Supabase (managed PostgreSQL with automated backups).

Incident Response
- Critical incidents (service outage): response within 1 hour, resolution target 4 hours
- High-severity issues (degraded performance): response within 4 hours, resolution target 24 hours
- Incidents are communicated via email to affected gym owners
- Post-incident reports provided for any outage exceeding 30 minutes
Data Backups
Database backups are performed automatically by Supabase with point-in-time recovery available for the last 7 days. File storage (media uploads) is replicated across multiple availability zones.
